Reclaiming Our Children And Community Project, Inc. is a Family Strengthening organization that provides empowerment, rehabilitative and supportive services to those who are looking for preventative services along with those who are experiencing impairments caused by lack of resources, social conflict, substance, mental, physical, emotional abuse and daily stress. We are located in Northeast Baltimore; however, we service Baltimore City and surrounding areas.

Our Mission: Reclaiming Our Children And Community Project, Inc. intent is to motivate and assist those children, youth and families who exist in impoverished situation to develop positive healthy life skills and social skills in order to reclaim life.

R.O.C.A.C.P.'s work is being driven by a 5 point agenda for the empowerment of children, youth, and families:

Our Purpose: Our purpose and focus is on prevention and intervention of social, environmental and spiritual conflict so one may avoid obstacles by making the right choice through positive decision making.
