Therapeutic Behavior Management (for Teachers)
TBM is a 2 (6hrs) day training that assist school faculty with understanding the student population that they are servicing. Upon completing training teachers will understand:
1. Deliberate Problem Youth
2. Emotional Problem Youth
3. Students During Crisis
4. Staff During Crisis
5. Managing Deliberate Problems
6. Managing Emotional Problems
All participants must pass test with at least 80% accuracy

Therapeutic Aggressive Control Technique (TACT-2) (for group home, foster care agency, community organizations and therapeutic programming) Individuals will understand:
1. Deliberate problems
2. Emotional Crisis
3. Skills needed for working with Deliberate Problems
4. Skills needed for working with Emotional Crisis
5. Understanding Adults Anger Traps
R.O.C.A.C.P. has moved away from teaching community programs therapeutic physical restraints component of TACT-2. Therapeutic physical restraints will only be taught to therapeutic group homes and residential facilities.

Pre-Workforce Development (Cognitive Restructuring)
All participnat in Pre- Workforce Development must pass a written test with at list 75% accuracy to demonstrate appropriate understanding of skill.

Learning to Work It Out, "Welfare to Work Adults"- is 4 week training that meets both the needs of employer and employees by better preparing the residents of low income neighborhoods for the interpersonal challenges of the work place and better preparing employers to support  and manage entry level workers.

Making it Work, "Ex-Offenders"- is designed to help men and women who have spent time in corrections successfully make the transition into the community and the world of work.  This program help participants:
1. Understand negative "thinking traps" that make it easy to act impulsively or illegally even when there are negative consequences.
2. Understand employer's hidden code of expectation.
3. Recognize and manage strong emotions before they get out of control.
4. Solve workplace problems logically instead of impulsively.
5. Give and take criticism in a professional way.
    
Beginning to Work It Out, "At Risk Juveniles" ages 16-21 is designed to help at-risk youth and young adults who are beginning the transition into the workplace to develop the self awareness and interpersonal "soft skills" needed to successfully enter and advance in the world of work.

Dispute Resolution And Management Anger (Drama Club)
DRAMA Club is an (8) week interactive scripted intervention workshop for those who are having problems with dispute resolution and managing anger.  This interactive intervention allows individuals to understand their:
Anger History
Anger Triggers
Anticipating Triggers
Understanding Signs
Calming the Body
Appropriate Anger Responses
Managing Response
Having Control
Payoffs and Cost of Anger
Displaying Recovery
