Reclaiming Our Children And Community Project, Inc. intent is to motivate and assist those children, youth and families who exist in impoverished situation to develop positive healthy life skills and social skills in order to reclaim life.

R.O.C.A.C.P.'s work is being driven by a 5 point agenda for the empowerment of children, youth, and families:
