Anger Management for Youth
D.R.A.M.A. Club (Dispute Resolution And Managing Anger)
This curriculum is a cognitive behavior approach to Anger Management and Conflict Resolution that allows participants to “Rewrite their emotional script to avoid Tragedy” This is a 9-week group that concentrates on anger history, triggers, thoughts, feelings, responses and etc. Upon completion, participants will have more control and understanding of thoughts, feelings, and impulses that will allow them to make better choices and live life to their optimal ability.
Anger Management for Adults
For Substance Abuse and Mental Health participants
This curriculum is a cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) approach program that has been found to be effective. This 12-week group anger management curriculum provides participants with a summary of core concepts, worksheets to complete homework assignments and space to take notes for each of the sessions. Sessions include understanding events and cues, having an anger control plan, understanding the aggression cycle, cognitive restructuring and etc.
