Our mission is to motivate and assist children, youth and adults who exist in impoverished situations
to develop positive, healthy life skills and social skills in order to reclaim life.
We are a family strengthening organization that provides empowerment, rehabilitative and supportive services.
We help children and adults who are looking for preventative services, along with those who are experiencing impairments caused by lack of resources, social conflict, substance, mental, physical, emotional abuse, and daily stress.
We are located in Northeast Baltimore; however, we service Baltimore City and surrounding areas. ROCACP is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization.
